A Vision for Trigon

Great healthcare isn’t just about systems—it’s about people. For Trigon, continuity of care, operational clarity, and purpose-driven innovation aren’t just goals; they’re the foundation of something deeper. A healthcare system with a soul. Across three decades, our leaders have stayed true to one guiding belief:
that care should always begin—and end—with the patient at the center.

Leadership at Trigon

Franklin Roemer II has spent over 30 years building and operating healthcare systems nationwide. His vision is simple: make continuity the standard, not the exception—and in doing so, redefine what post-acute recovery can be.

He co-founded Trigon Healthcare to bring those principles to post-acute care, creating a model rooted in integration, innovation, and operational excellence.
